X Compatibility
Update
for Versions 3.0 and 3.1
If you own a Mac OS X
compatible version (version 3.0 or version 3.1) of a Music Ace Series product, you will need
to install this free update.
After the update, you will have version 3.1.1. The version number
is indicated on the CD-ROM.
Music Ace has a compatibility
problem with QuickTime™ version 6.4. Symptoms of the problem
include occasional crashes, especially in games where Maestro Max's
voice is heard.
Mac OS X updates itself
via the Internet. If you use OS X, it is likely that it has
already updated QuickTime to version 6.4 or later.
If you are using a network
edition of a Music Ace product, you will need to run the update
on each workstation.
Upgrade
from Versions 1.5 and 2.0
The update described above
only applies to versions 3.0 and 3.1 of Music Ace Series products.
Earlier versions do not support Mac OS X. You will need to purchase an upgrade to obtain Mac OS X compatibility.
